What are Shipping costs and times?
The Dupe Spot offers Shipping Australia wide for $10.95.

Depending on your location we use Australia Post or Sendle as our delivery partners. 

Please allow us 48 hours to pick and pack your order. Once your item has been shipped, please allow 7-10 business days. It all depends on our delivery partners on how long it gets to your location.


Sendle says my parcel has been delivered and it hasn't what do I do?

Do you ship to New Zealand?
Yes we do!

Do you ship international?
Sorry at this stage only Australia and New Zealand.


What payment methods can I use?
We accept payment via; VISA, MasterCard, Paypal (pay in 4 available through Paypal). Unfortunately, we don’t accept cheques or money orders.


What is a duplication designer inspired fragrance?
A duplication Inspired by fragrance smells the same as the original but are sold at a fraction of the price.
Legally we are not allowed to say we sell the same exact perfume, and we can’t use their brand names as our own, that is why we list our products with the words 'Duplication of' and are identified by numbers.
Please be aware that it is not possible to replicate an exact copy of a designer fragrance.


Can I change or update my online order once order has been placed?
If you want to make changes to your order and it hasn't been fulfilled yet - contact naomi@scentalicioussupplies.com.au
As we do our best to get your orders out to you as soon as we can, occasionally an order will be processed before the team has a chance to change it.
We cannot guarantee a change of order after the order is placed so please select your items carefully.


What if I change my mind?
At The Dupe Spot, we do not offer exchanges or refunds due to a change of mind. This policy includes situations such as selecting the incorrect item during the purchasing process, no longer needing the product, or if the same item was received as a gift from someone else.
While we are delighted to provide advice on perfume selection, we cannot be held accountable if you are not satisfied with your purchase as a result of this advice. We strongly recommend that customers sample fragrances before purchasing from us to ensure complete satisfaction.


Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has left our warehouse you will receive an email (please ensure you enter your email at checkout) with a tracking number and a link to the Australia Post or Sendle website.
